Where do the guides come from?
From your existing folder, your handover protocol and the manufacturers’ manuals. We turn them into short guides, translated into your renters’ languages. You approve every version.
Do renters need mobile data?
Yes, as for any WhatsApp message. Pictures and texts are small, videos short. Once loaded, the chat stays available offline.
Does it replace the personal handover?
No. It gets shorter, because the renter can look up what they forgot instead of calling.
Which vehicles and equipment fit?
Anything that needs explaining: motorhomes, caravans, houseboats and licence-free boats, construction machines, roof tents, holiday homes with technology.
