Before you decide.
Is a briefing via WhatsApp legally valid?
Yes. German law requires an understandable, documented briefing before work starts and at least once a year; the form is free. Comprehension questions and an electronic signature with timestamp are exactly that documentation.
Where does the content come from?
From you: your existing rules, briefing sheet or the templates of your trade association. We turn them into sections and questions, translated into the languages of your drivers and staff. You approve every version.
What does the driver need?
Only WhatsApp and mobile data. No app, no account, no terminal at the gate.
What about the data?
Name, company, plate, answers and signature are stored for the record, the phone number pseudonymised. Retention as you specify, export any time, data processing agreement before launch.
Does it replace a barrier or access system?
No, by design. The pass replaces the sheet and the folder, not your gate.
